The JSudoku Solver contextual popup menu

Clicking with the right mouse button on a solver in the solver list, will open a contextual popup menu. Under Mac OS X, you may also click while pressing the control key.

This let you Deduce One Move , Highlight or Get a (Big) Clue for that particular solver and particular pattern size.

Deduce All Moves up to...

Similar to Deduce All Moves, but will stop deducing when none of the solvers above the one clicked can make progress. Useful to skip all simples techniques and concentrate on the harder ones.

Import / Export / Reset Solvers' List

Let you share some custom list of solvers among different versions or users. Whenever you make changes to list of solvers, they will be saved in the file 'JSudokuSolvers.xml' next to the program. When the solvers are left or reset to their defaults, this file is deleted. When a new version introduces some new solvers, if you previously made changes, a warning dialog will give you the opportunity to reset the list of solvers to their defaults in order to get the new solvers.

The file uses the xml format. If you are a curious or risky person, you may edit it with a text editor, for example to remove solvers you never use, reorder them or even limit some of them to different pattern sizes by changing the 'maxSize' attribute.

In case of trouble, reset the solvers to their defaults.
